100 SERVICE

Golf Tournament Committee - 2023
This year I had the opportunity to attend and serve on the committee for the Southern Crescent Golf Tournament. I designed the flyer for this year’s tournament and one to secure sponsorship for next year. I’m looking to get more involved with the Fundraising Committee and share my experience in developing fundraising marketing collateral to help nonprofits raise funds and encourage people to give.

Emerging 100 Committee, Co-Chairman - 2021 - present
Since graduating from the Emerging 100 to the General Body in 2022, I have served in an advisory role alongside Brother Carlos Scott. We serve as liaisons between the General Body and Emerging 100 and provide general oversight of the young professionals auxiliary. We strive to guide based on our experiences and be resources to the group as they work to develop personally and professionally. These are hopefully the future members of the General Body.

Co-Webmaster - present; Communications
Along with Brother Mikal Bright of the Emerging 100, I help to update the online presence of the chapter (typically as requested) We have not had an active Marketing & Communications Committee to be able to be as strategic or anticipatory as we can in this area, but we’ve made some small wins in various projects and I hope to galvanize a full team to be able to provide more consistent updates and plan ahead. The Media Relations team of E100 has been doing good work and I we can amplify those efforts to also support the umbrella organization.

Celebration of Excellence Committee 2020-2023
I’ve served on the Celebration of Excellence Committee since 2020. I began by helping to manage the Ad Submission process alongside Brother Tom Odum who did so for many years, and the next year, he passed the torch to me. Since then, I have digitized the process and also designed the souvenir journal and other visual aspects of the event.
